By participating in PubWest events, whether in person or virtually, you agree to abide by this code of conduct, fostering a welcoming, respectful, and professional environment for all participants. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in disciplinary action, including a refusal of admission to or ejection from PubWest events, and denial, suspension, or termination of membership, in the sole discretion of PubWest. If you see or experience an issue please contact a PubWest staff or board member.

PubWest may, in its sole discretion, terminate the membership of any member convicted of: (a) a felony, or crime of moral turpitude, under the laws of the United States; (b) a crime of equivalent severity (in the sole discretion of the organization) outside of the United States; or (c) harassing, disrespectful or unprofessional behavior at a PubWest event.
