PubWest wants to improve diversity in our industry through an innovative subsidized-when-needed internship program. PubWest will recruit BIPOC interns and match those individuals to the internship opportunities that the member publishers offer, using sponsorship money as needed to subsidize costs for those publishers who can’t afford to pay interns.
