Innovators Award

     At the fall conference, PubWest will honor a company in the publishing industry with the new Innovators Award. As we all know, publishing is evolving rapidly, and PubWest wants to draw attention to leaders who are breaking the mold and coming up with creative, smart ideas to move the business of publishing forward.

     Any company, whether it’s a PubWest member or not, is eligible for consideration: publishers, printers, software companies, agencies, packagers, and so on. It can be a sole proprietorship or a corporation of many. What matters is the idea (or ideas) in play.

      The winner will be honored at the PubWest 2013 conference; will be featured in PubWest press releases and in the EndSheet; and will earn a permanent link on the PubWest website.

       To nominate a company, please write a paragraph explaining how they are innovating. No more than 250 words please. Please e-mail nominations to Tara Lehmann, tara@pubwest.org. The firm deadline for consideration is September 3, 2013.
