[sixcol_three]for students who are currently enrolled at any higher education institution—such as an accredited design school, trade school, community college, junior college, college, or university—or currently enrolled in a higher education program for intensive study in book publishing (DPI, PSU, SFU, for example) if not employed full-time by a publishing company during their studies[/sixcol_three]
