PubWest Roundtable: Illustrated E-Books, 9/27/11
Converting illustrated books to e-pub formats is a complex matter that has lagged behind the e-publishing bandwagon. There are questions and problems with reformatting images, photos, and maps, linkages, image handling, and overall design. Christian Green, ABC-CLIO, and George Dick, president of Four Colour Print Group, discussed the conversion process and costs involved in producing illustrated eBooks.
