Book Industry Study Group (BISG)
PubWest members are eligible to join BISG at a discounted rate. All PubWest members in good standing receive a 33% discount off the posted BISG member rates for the first year of membership. Prospective members must not have been a member of BISG for at least two years. BISG membership is on a rolling 12-month cycle from the date of joining. See BISG for more information. Nielsen BookScan
PubWest members may obtain access to BookScan at a special discounted rate: $1019.81 for members whose annual gross revenue does not exceed $3.5 million. Nielsen BookScan is the international sales data monitoring and analysis tool for the English-language book industry worldwide. The service tracks approximately 65% of general retail sales within the USA on a weekly basis including chains, internet retailers, discount stores, as well as large and small independents.
